The money you lose to a no-show

A three-hour colour that never turns up is the day's margin.

One no-show on a full head of foils costs more than a week of fringe trims. Ask for a deposit on the long ones, leave the quick ones free, and let Remi collect it on the call.

  • Set a deposit per service, not one blanket rule for everything
  • Remi says the amount out loud, then texts a link to pay it
  • The slot is held the moment it's paid
  • Quick appointments stay deposit-free, so you don't scare regulars off
  • It comes off what they owe on the day

The parts of the day that aren't doing hair, handled.

The phone ringing while your gloves are on. A no-show on a three-hour colour. The regular you haven't seen in eight weeks.

Answers while your gloves are on
Every call answered by the second ring, on your day off and at midnight. Remi knows your services and your prices, and asks about a patch test before colour.

Remi · your AI receptionist

The phone rings while both hands are in someone's hair. Remi picks up.

Not a menu and not a chatbot. She knows your service list, your prices and your stylists, and books into a column that genuinely works. This is the call you played at the top, written out.

  • Knows every service, price and duration on your list
  • Books by stylist, or by whoever's free
  • Asks about a patch test before booking colour
  • Never says a client's booked unless they are

RemiHackney Studio, this is Remi. What can I book you in for?
CallerOh hi, I was hoping to book a balayage for Friday afternoon with Charlie if she's around.
RemiBalayage is one hundred and eighty pounds, three hours. Charlie has two slots on Friday: half two or four o'clock. Which would you prefer?

Before you ask

Does it sound robotic?

No. It's a premium human voice, four to pick from, and it says your prices and times the way a person would rather than reading them out like a computer. Play the call at the top and judge it yourself.

What if it can't handle something?

It takes a message and texts you straight away. It never guesses, and it never tells a client they're booked unless the booking is actually in your diary.

Do I keep my number?

Yes. Remi answers on a divert, so nothing changes for your regulars. You can send it every call, or only the ones you don't reach.

What about the bookings already in my diary?

We move them across, along with your client list and any deposits you've taken. Free, by hand, out of hours, with your old system still running until you say otherwise.

How long until it's live?

An afternoon at the desk. Your booking site is ready to publish the same day.
