Picks up the phone. Reads the DMs.
One assistant across phone, web chat, WhatsApp, Instagram. Same memory of the customer everywhere. Books, reschedules, takes deposits, and hands off the moment a regular asks for you by name.
Picks up before the third ring.
Answers in a real human voice tuned to your accent. Pulls the calendar before quoting. Takes a card-on-file deposit. Sends an SMS confirmation in your salon's name. Hands off to a human the moment the caller asks for one.
Four built-in voices.
Sample each in onboarding and pick the one that fits your salon.
Real availability, not invented slots.
The same calendar the salon sees, ten seconds older at worst.
Quotes from `services`, never made up.
A balayage costs what your salon says it costs.
Hands off cleanly.
"Let me find Charlie for you" → calls forward, transcript saved.
Don't reprint a thing. Divert the line you've always had.
Every flyer, every Google listing, every customer's phone book has your number on it. Don't change any of that. Dial one short code from your existing line and we answer it. Setup is 30 seconds, no porting paperwork, no downtime. Your number stays yours.
30-second setup.
We tell you the exact divert code for your carrier (BT, EE, Sky, Vodafone, O2, Three, Virgin, TalkTalk, Plusnet). You dial it once.
No porting, no downtime.
We never touch your line. The carrier just sends inbound calls our way; you can flip it off any time with one short code.
Heads up on the small print.
Texts to your number still ring your own phone; carriers don't forward SMS. We say so up front so there are no surprises.
BT · EE · Sky · Virgin · Vodafone · O2 · Three · TalkTalk · Plusnet. Same flow, different code.
Your WhatsApp Business number, connected in 60 seconds.
We use Meta's official Embedded Signup, you log in, pick your WhatsApp Business account, and we're wired in. No new number to remember, no copy-pasting an API key. Remi answers DMs in your salon's voice from the moment you click Connect.
60-second Meta-hosted setup.
Sign into Meta, pick or create a WhatsApp Business Account, verify the number. We do the wiring after.
One catch worth knowing up front.
Meta requires a clean number: the one you connect must NOT already be in personal WhatsApp or WhatsApp Business on any device. We say so loudly before you click, so no Meta-side surprises.
Same memory as every other channel.
If a customer also calls or texts, Remi remembers across all three. One customer, one record, one conversation history.
Real WhatsApp Business API · message sent + received via Meta Cloud
Web chat, WhatsApp, Instagram. One memory.
The web chat lives on your mini-site. WhatsApp answers your business number. Instagram replies to comments and DMs from the post that brought them in. Every channel hits the same customer record, the same calendar, the same prices.
Two-tap booking.
Via the share-able link, never a 12-field form.
STOP and HELP honoured.
Per UK regulation, no ambiguity.
Cancellation slot-fill.
When a regular drops, Remi offers it to the next person on the waitlist.
The receptionist that can't make things up.
Never invents an availability.
Every "yes" checks the live calendar tool. If the tool fails, Remi says "let me get someone to call you back", doesn't guess.
Never invents a price.
Quotes come from your `services` table. If a service isn't listed, Remi says "I'll have the team confirm a price", doesn't freestyle.
Never promises a refund.
Refunds are an owner action, not an assistant action. Remi acknowledges the complaint, captures it, escalates.
Never cancels for someone who didn't ask.
The cancel tool requires the booker on the line. Third parties get redirected to call back from the booker's number.
The advisor your accountant doesn't have time to be.
Owners ask plain-English questions. "Why was Tuesday so quiet?" "Who's due a rebook?" "What should we run for the bank holiday?" Ask Remi reads your data and answers, with the workings, never a black-box sentence.
Suggested campaigns are drafts, never autosent.
Owner approves, copy lands in customer voice.
Cohort analysis.
"Your last-quarter colours haven't rebooked, want to nudge them?"
Reminders that match the salon.
Tone, hours, names. None of it Remi's.
questions owners ask
A few decisions made simple.
Mobile, landline, or both?
Get a mobile. It does everything a landline does (takes calls) plus the things a landline can't (sends and receives SMS, replies on WhatsApp). Costs nothing extra. Only pick a landline first if a local 01/02 area-code number is part of your salon's brand, and even then you'll usually want to add a mobile later (£1.50 first month, £2.99/mo after) so reminders + rebooking texts work.
Can I keep the number I've always used?
Yes, divert calls from your existing line in 30 seconds (one short code per UK carrier). Texts to your old number still ring your own phone, though, because UK carriers don't forward SMS. If you want texts through Remi too, customers can text the Co Sweyt mobile we provision as the divert target, or you can port your number over (free, 1–3 weeks, no downtime).
Do I still need a Co Sweyt number if I divert?
Yes, the diverted calls have to land somewhere. We provision a Co Sweyt mobile as the target, included in your plan. You never have to give that number out; it's just the inbox the divert points at.
What's the catch with WhatsApp?
Meta requires a clean number: the one you connect must not already be in personal WhatsApp or WhatsApp Business on any device. If it is, you have to either delete that install first (loses your history) or use a different number for Remi. Nothing else is unusual; the setup itself takes 60 seconds via Meta's hosted dialog.
Have Remi ring you.
Type a number. Remi calls in under a minute, roleplaying a small salon, same product your customers would hear, end-to-end. No signup, no card.
Get on a call with the people building it.
A 30-minute walk-through with one of our founders, your salon's setup, your services, your accent, your voice card. You leave with Remi live on your number.
