Three tiers, your numbers.

Pick the thresholds, pick the perks. The first tier might be a free fringe trim after four visits. The third might be a standing Tuesday slot at the regulars rate. The system tracks visits, applies the rate at the till, sends the reminder when a tier's about to bump.

  1. Visit-count tiers.

    Customer hits N visits, perk applies on the next ring. No manual upgrade, no missed birthdays.

  2. Member-only rates.

    Set a lower service rate for tier-2 and above. Customer sees the discount on the booking screen.

  3. Tier expiry, optional.

    If a tier-3 customer hasn't visited in 90 days, drop to tier-2 quietly. Owner decides per tier.
